1. What services do you offer?

We provide sports massage therapy, sports rehabilitation, posture restoration, and recovery-focused bodywork. Additional recovery options include local cryotherapy, compression therapy, near infrared heat therapy and cupping therapy to support faster recovery and improved performance.

2. How long is a session?

Full-bodywork sessions typically last 75 minutes. Recovery add-ons can be scheduled separately or combined with a massage or sports therapy session.

3. How much does a session cost?

Full-bodywork sessions are $165. Memberships and multi-session packages are available for ongoing sports rehab and recovery.

4. Do you accept insurance?

We currently do not bill insurance directly.

5. What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable athletic clothing. During sports therapy or massage sessions, clients will be properly draped for privacy.

6. Is your service only for athletes?

No. Our services are suitable for athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone seeking sports rehab, pain relief, improved posture, or increased mobility.

7. How often should I schedule sessions?

For optimal results, weekly appointments are recommended. If addressing a long-term problem, sessions may be scheduled twice a week until progress is achieved. For ongoing maintenance, bi-weekly or monthly sessions are effective for sustaining mobility, recovery, and overall wellness.

8. What is the difference between sports massage and a regular massage?

Sports massage is targeted for sports rehab, injury prevention, mobility improvement, and posture correction. Unlike a standard relaxation massage, it emphasizes performance, functional recovery, and athletic support.

9. What are the benefits of local cryotherapy, compression therapy and cupping therapy?

Local Cryotherapy: Reduces inflammation, relieves pain, and targets specific areas for recovery and sports rehab.

Compression Therapy: Enhances circulation, reduces muscle soreness, and supports post-training recovery.

Cupping Therapy: Helps Release muscle tension, improve blood flow, aid in reseting the nervous system and support mobility and recovery.

NIR Heat Lamp Therapy: Penetrates deep into muscle tissue to increase circulation, reduce stiffness, promote healing, and enhance recovery.

10. Can I schedule a session right after a workout?

Yes, post-workout sessions are encouraged for recovery. However, clients must rinse off or shower before the session. If a client has not showered after working out, hands-on bodywork cannot be performed for hygiene reasons.

11. Do you offer memberships or packages?

Yes, memberships and packages are available to support consistent sports therapy, recovery, and overall wellness.

12. Do you offer strength-based mobility coaching?

13. How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked online via our website or by contacting us directly.

14. What is the cancellation policy?

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee. Additional details and full terms can be found in our Terms and Agreements.
