Liability, Terms & Consent Agreement

By booking a massage therapy appointment with your therapist or NUBODY LA LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Purpose & Scope of Services

  • Massage therapy is provided for the purpose of relaxation, relief of muscular tension, and overall wellness.

  • If you experience any pain or discomfort during the session, you agree to immediately inform your therapist so pressure and techniques may be adjusted to your comfort level.

2. Qualifications & Limitations

  • Massage therapists are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness.

  • Nothing said during the session should be construed as medical advice.

3. Risks & Liability

  • Massage therapy may have risks and limitations. You release NUBODY LA LLC and its therapists from any liability for injury, discomfort, or adverse effects that may occur as a result of the session.

4. Health Disclosure

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your health, medical conditions, injuries, or allergies and to update your therapist on any changes.

5. Right to Refuse Service

  • NUBODY LA LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and may terminate a session at any time if a client engages in inappropriate behavior or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

6. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person and are subject to availability.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • No-shows or cancellations without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a rescheduled session and full charge.

  • We understand emergencies arise and will work with clients when possible, but repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of service.

7. Payment & Gratuity

  • Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.

  • Gratuity is not included but is appreciated if you are satisfied with your service.

8. Confidentiality

  • All client information is kept confidential, except where required by law.

9. Consent to Filming

  • By booking, you may consent to NUBODY LA LLC filming or recording your session for promotional or educational purposes.

  • You have the right to refuse, and this decision will not affect your services.

  • NUBODY LA LLC will maintain confidentiality and will not share identifying information without your written consent.

10. Changes to Terms

  • NUBODY LA LLC reserves the right to update terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to future appointments.
